    Ingredients

    • 1 (17.5 ounce) Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 1/2 cup butter, softened
    • 1 whole egg
    • 1 (6 ounce) container Yoplait flavored yogurt (strawberry, blackberry, cherry, etc.)
    • fruit for decorations (strawberries, raspberries, grapes)
    • (optional) white chocolate, sprinkles, Betty Crocker black decorating gel
    • stiletto cookie cutter (see note)

    Directions

    1. 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. 2In a large bowl, stir in the flour with the cookie mix. Add softened butter and egg and mix until mixture forms a soft dough.
    3. 3Roll dough out on a floured surface to desired thickness (from 1/4 to 1/2 inch). Cut with stilleto cookie cutter and place one inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    4. 4Bake for 5-7 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
    5. 5Once cookies have cooled, spread about 1 Tablespoon yogurt over the cookie as the "frosting." If you want to outline the cookie with black decorating gel trace the outside of the cookie with it.
    6. 6For the edible bling: Melt white chocolate in a microwave safe container for 30 seconds in the microwave or until melted. (Do not over cook.) Stir until smooth. Dip fruit in melted chocolate and cover in sprinkles. Place decorated fruit on the shoe cookies to make one-of-a-kind "designer" cookies!
    7. 7Store cookies in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
    8. 8Note: Cookie cutter can be found here: http://www.amazon.com/Shoe-Cookie-Cutter-High-Heel/dp/B0043CCOCI
