    Ingredients

    • 3  eggs
    • 1  cup frozen (thawed) green peas
    • 1/2  cup drained canned bean sprouts
    • 1/4  cup sliced water chestnuts
    • 1  tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1  medium green onion, chopped (1 tablespoon)
    • 2  tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1  cup chicken gravy
    • 2  teaspoons soy sauce

    Directions

    1. 1Beat eggs in medium bowl with wire whisk or hand beater. Stir in remaining ingredients except oil, gravy and 2 teaspoons soy sauce.
    2. 2Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. For each patty, pour egg mixture, 1/4 cup at a time, into skillet. Cook until set; turn. Cook until other sides are brown.
    3. 3Mix gravy and 2 teaspoons soy sauce; heat until hot. Serve over eggs patties.
