A creamy pudding made with egg nog instead of milk. And Bourbon!

Ingredients

3
cups egg nog
1/2
cup sugar
1/3
cup cornstarch
1
pinch salt
1/4
cup bourbon
Nutmeg

Directions

  • 1 Mix the dry ingredients in a pot and put it on low heat.
  • 2 Whisk in the egg nog and cook for about 10 minutes whisking occasionally until it coats the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and stir in bourbon.
  • 3 Pour into serving cups, cover, and chill until thickened.
  • 4 Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
