    Ingredients

    • 1  lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, trimmed of fat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    • 1  can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce
    • 1  bag (16 oz) frozen stew or soup vegetables, thawed, drained
    • 1  teaspoon Italian seasoning

    Directions

    1. 1Sprinkle beef with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. In 10-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add beef; cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown.
    2. 2Stir in cooking sauce, vegetables and Italian seasoning; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and continue cooking 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
