    Ingredients

    • 4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
    • 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal
    • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
    • 1 egg white
    • salt and pepper
    • cooking spray
    • lemon wedges

    Directions

    1. 1Preheat oven to BROIL and line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray.
    2. 2Place Fiber One in a food processor or blender and process until fine crumbs. Add Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings and pulse once more.
    3. 3Coat tilapia in egg white and then coat in crumbs. Place on prepared cookie sheet and spray top of tilapia with cooking spray.
    4. 4Broil for 3-4 minutes then turn fillets over and broil for another 3-4 minutes or until done.
    5. 5Squeeze one lemon slice over each fillet and enjoy.

    finally a crisp fish receipe from the broiler for my crunchy fish meal,can't wait to try it.
