Hot breaded fish fillets dip into a cool pool of yogurt infused with garlic and herbs.

Ingredients

frozen breaded fish fillets (11 to 12 oz)
1/4
cup plain yogurt
1/4
cup mayonnaise
2
cloves garlic, minced
1/2
teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2
teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Bake fish fillets as directed on package.
  • 2 In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Serve with fish fillets.
Tips  

If you prefer, 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh parsley can be used in place of the parsley flakes. Serve with lemon wedges.
