    Ingredients

    • 1/2 oz vodka
    • 1/2 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
    • 1 oz pineapple juice
    • 3 oz champagne
    • 1  marschino cherry, for garnish

    Directions

    1. 1Pour the vodka, Cointreau, and juice into an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir.
    2. 2Strain into a chilled martini glass.
    3. 3Top with the champagne.
    4. 4Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
