Want more cheese? This pasta dish is loaded with vegetables and the delicious taste of four cheeses! Hamburger Helper® dinner mix makes it one-skillet easy!

Ingredients

1
pound lean ground beef
2 1/2
cups hot water
1
cup milk
1
package Hamburger Helper™ three cheese
1
package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
1
teaspoon Italian seasoning
1
cup frozen sweet peas
1/2
cup sour cream
1/4
cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • 1 Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
  • 2 Stir in hot water, milk, uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and Italian seasoning. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in peas. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with cheese.
Tips

Ever wondered what primavera means? In Italian cooking, a primavera dish is one that features assorted vegetables.

Make this recipe even more Italian by using 1 pound bulk Italian sausage instead of the ground beef.
