Ingredients

  • 2 sweet onions
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (omit if vegetarian)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
  • 8 oz. sharp white cheddar or Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • Fresh thyme, for topping

Steps

  • 1
    Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • 2
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add butter. Add onions and brown sugar and cook about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until softened. Slowly add Worcestershire sauce and let it cook into the onions. Continue cooking the onions until caramelized to your liking.
