Get your protein fix with this sweet spin on the classic creamy chocolate pie.

Ingredients

scoop chocolate protein powder (6 tablespoons)

tablespoon ground flaxseed meal

cup chocolate-flavored almond milk

cup ice cubes

tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
1
teaspoon vanilla
1
tablespoon frozen (thawed) fat-free whipped topping
1
tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
1
teaspoon grated bittersweet chocolate

Directions

  • 1 In blender, place first 6 ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into large glass; top with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
Tips  

Want to be able to sip the whole thing through a straw? Skip the garnish, and add all the ingredients to the blender at once.

Store flaxseed meal in the freezer to prevent premature rancidity.
