I make something similar and have been doing so for 5 years but I use 1 egg and sometimes parm, sometimes I use shredded chz whichever flavor. Cook spaghetti normally then mix the egg and chz then put in warm skillet with high sides no oil press to cover bottom a couple min then take a plate slide one side out and then flip unfried side back in and do the same. Then put on plate and serve cut with pie cutter or knife.

Hi! This recipe results in a less crispy noodle, but it’s still tasty!

every other recipe that I have seen has you mix the pasta with eggs and butter...then cook.....you don't do any of that and it turns out good?

Hi Shoreslady - The noodles are cooked prior to going into the skillet. They are then put into a pan filled with sauce to cook further within the sauce.

I don't understand this. Are the noodles cookied before going in the skillet? Is there oil in the skillet? How is this served?
