    Ingredients

    • 1 bag Kellogg's Frosted Flake Cereal
    • 3  eggs
    • 1-2 packages of thin-sliced chicken cutlets
    • honey, to taste

    Directions

    1. 1Crush the Frosted Flakes (preferably with a roller) until pieces are very small.
    2. 2In two different bowls, put the cracked eggs (after mixed together) in one bowl, and the frosted flakes in another.
    3. 3After you have cut off the fat from the chicken cutlets, dip them first into the eggs and then in the frosted flakes. Be sure the entire piece of chicken is covered.
    4. 4While you are prepping the chicken, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
    5. 5After the chicken is ready, use a pan (either use butter or non-stick spray to keep the chicken from sticking) to put a thin layer of frosted flakes on the bottom. Add honey to those frosted flakes. Then lay the chicken on top side by side. After the chicken is settled, put more honey and frosted flakes on top of it like a blanket. (I use a lot, but how much is added after is a personal decision)
    6. 6Once the oven is ready, put the chicken in for 45 minutes or until it looks crispy. It may get a little crispier on the outer layers of the flakes because of the honey. Once it is done, take out and serve!
