    Ingredients

    • 2 cups Frosted Toast Crunch cereal, slightly crushed
    • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup strawberry pancake syrup
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
    • 2 cups fresh raspberries
    • extra strawberry pancake syrup to drizzle

    Directions

    1. 1In a zippered plastic food bag, slightly crush Frosted Toast Crunch cereal by squeezing bag. Set aside.
    2. 2In a large bowl, whisk Bisquick baking mix, milk, eggs, 1/2 cup strawberry syrup and vanilla until smooth. Heat a lightly greased griddle to high and cook pancakes, about 1/4-cup batter for each, until golden brown.
    3. 3Place one hot pancake on plate. Spoon berries over it, then top with second pancake. Finish with more berries, whipped cream, drizzled strawberry syrup and Frosted Toast Crunch cereal on top. Serve immediately and repeat as necessary.
