box Betty Crocker™ cake mix, baked into cupcakes according to package directions
2
tubs (16 ounce) frozen whipped topping
2
cartons (6 oz) Yoplait® Greek vanilla yogurt
2
cartons (6 oz) Yoplait® Greek strawberry yogurt
2
cartons (6 oz) Yoplait® Greek blueberry yogurt
Betty Crocker™ red gel food color and Betty Crocker™ blue gel food color
Betty Crocker sprinkles in red, white, and blue
24
paper cupcake liners

Directions

  • 1 Cool cupcakes completely.
  • 2 In a large bowl, stir together 4 cups of Cool whip with 2 cartons of vanilla yogurt. Repeat with the strawberry and blueberry yogurts, tinting the strawberry and blueberry flavors with red and blue food coloring to add vibrant color.
  • 3 Transfer each of the three yogurt mixtures to large zip-top bags. Snip the corner from each bag and pipe 1/2-cup of each color into 8 cupcakes. Continue until you have 8 red, 8 white and 8 blue yogurt-topped cupcakes.
  • 4 Sprinkle with sprinkles.
  • 5 Transfer to freezer for 2 hours, until the yogurt mixture is completely frozen.
  • 6 Serve and enjoy!
  • 7 For truly convenient cupcake making, place cupcakes in silicone cupcake liners before piping yogurt mixture over the top of them.

Grab two cartons each of the new Yoplait Greek Yogurt. Not just a pretty face here, folks. These little tubs are chock full of goooooodness.

Yoplait Greek Yogurt

Mix two cartons of each yogurt flavor with four cups of whipped topping. Tint the strawberry red and the blueberry blue. Yummy, yummy in your tummy.

Mix Yogurt with Whipped Topping

Transfer each of your yogurt delights into zip-top baggies. Then snip the corner of each baggie off and….

Tint Yogurt Different Colors

Pipe it, baby! Pipe it! Swirl a full half-cup of frozen yogurt on top of your cuppies. Each color should top 8 cupcakes to keep everything even and fair.

Yogurt Piped on Cupcakes

Sprinkle a few good red, white, and blue sprinkles up top. Shake some over your shoulder for good luck. Gently transfer your cupcakes to the freezer and leave 'em there until the yogurt mixture chills into frozen yogurt.
