This fun and refreshing mix of fruit adds a touch of the tropics to your morning breakfast. Pair with a fruity toaster pastry for the perfect start to your day!

Ingredients

2
Pillsbury™ Toaster Strudel™ frozen raspberry pastries
1/4
cup finely diced peeled mango
1/4
cup finely diced fresh pineapple
1
kiwifruit, peeled and finely diced
1
tablespoon shredded sweetened coconut, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Toast and squeeze icing on pastries as directed on package. Place each on small serving plate.
  • 2 In small bowl, toss cut fruit. Serve alongside or on top of pastries. Sprinkle with coconut.
Tips

To save time, cut fruit ahead of time and have ready to go in the morning.

Serve salsa with a slotted spoon, to drain excess liquid before serving with your toaster strudel.
