Low-fat yogurt and chopped veggies make a creamy side for your favorite veggies, breadsticks or chips.

Ingredients

cups plain fat-free yogurt
3
tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
3
tablespoons chopped green onions
3
tablespoons chopped radishes
1/4
teaspoon celery salt
Bite-size pieces vegetables, breadsticks or tortilla chips

Directions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients except vegetables in small bowl, using spoon.
  • 2 Refrigerate at least 1 hour until chilled.
  • 3 Serve with vegetables.
Tips  

Need some inspiration for interesting vegetable dippers? Try jicama sticks, sliced cooked new potatoes, pattypan squash or yellow, orange or purple bell pepper slices.

Replace celery salt with garlic salt if you have a garlic lover in your midst.
