    Ingredients

    • Seasoned Sour Cream Dip (below)
    • 2  teaspoons Garlic Lime Seasoning (page 14) or Key West-style coarsely ground seasoning blend
    • 1  tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
    • 1  tablespoon honey
    • 4  flour tortillas (8 inches in diameter)

    Directions

    1. 1Make Seasoned Sour Cream Dip.
    2. 2Heat oven to 350º. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients except tortillas. Brush mixture on both sides of each tortilla. Cut each tortilla into 12 wedges. Place in single layer on cookie sheet.
    3. 3Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Serve crisps with dip. Store crisps in airtight container at room temperature.
