Creamy Alfredo sauce makes a great base for this summery pizza that's ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

tablespoon olive oil
1/2
lb deveined shelled medium shrimp, finely chopped
1/2
cup finely chopped red bell pepper
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
1
can Pillsbury™ refrigerated thin pizza crust
1/2
cup Alfredo sauce
1/2
cup fresh spinach
1
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F.
  • 2 In 8-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and bell pepper; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Cook shrimp 2 minutes on each side until pink. Remove from heat.
  • 3 Unroll dough onto ungreased cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake 5 minutes.
  • 4 Remove partially baked crust from oven. Top crust with Alfredo sauce, spinach, shrimp mixture and cheese.
  • 5 Bake 8 to 12 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Cut and serve.
