A spicy and boozy holiday treat that’s perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Ingredients

(3.4 oz.) box gingerbread-flavored instant pudding and pie filling (available seasonally)
3/4
cup milk
3/4
cup butterscotch schnapps
1
(8 oz.) tub whipped topping
Shot glasses
Mini gingerbread men cookies
Whipped cream and cinnamon for topping

Directions

  • 1 In a large bowl, mix box of instant gingerbread pudding and milk with a whisk until combined.
  • 2 Add butterscotch schnapps and whisk again until combined. Slowly fold in whipped topping.
  • 3 Freeze for at least an hour to thicken up.
  • 4 Spoon into shot glasses and top with gingerbread men cookies, whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • 5 Refrigerate until serving.
Tips  

If seasonal gingerbread pudding is not available, use butterscotch instead and replace milk with gingerbread-flavored coffee creamer.
