This refreshing drink combines blueberries with gin and the flavors of mint and lemon - a delicious gluten-free cocktail ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

tablespoons fresh blueberries

tablespoon fresh lemon juice

fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes

tablespoons gin (1 oz)
1/2
cup gluten-free ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
Lemon wedges, blueberries on a beverage pick, fresh mint, if desired

Directions

  • 1 In a highball glass, muddle blueberries, lemon juice and mint.
  • 2 Fill glass to rim with ice cubes. Add gin. Top with ginger ale; stir gently.
  • 3 Garnish as desired.
