Here's your go-to, foolproof, meatball recipe. You'll never want to be without--and it's gluten free!

Ingredients

lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1/2
cup Gluten Free Chex™ original quick cook oats
1
tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper
1
small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1
egg

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F.
  • 2 Line 15x10-inch pan with sides with foil, and place wire rack on top. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into 30 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs. Place meatballs on rack in pan.
  • 3 Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center and thermometer inserted in center reads 160°F.
Tips  

Serve these delicious meatballs with your favorite gluten-free dipping sauce.

Shape meatballs fast by using a #40 cookie scoop.

To turn up the heat, increase the amount of Sriracha, or for a new flavor twist, substitute harissa.
