This is my go-to salad. It's fancy enough for guests but add a protein and it can be made for a quick weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup feta or goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • Apples, 2 diced
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • Champagne Dressing (Girards™ brand)

Steps

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients and toss with dressing. Add chicken or your choice of protein to make it a main course meal.
