Remove breasts from bone. Remove skin.
In a large dish, combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Add goose breasts and marinate at least 8 hours. Turning occasionally.
After marinating 8 hours or longer, remove breasts and pat dry.
Place on broiling rack and broil for 10 minutes on each side.
