Goose Jerky is a great tasting jerky. It's easy to make in a dehydrator and a tasty treat to have on hand.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds goose breast, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons liquid smoke
  • 2 Tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 Talblespoon meat tenderizer
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 Talblespoon red pepper

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in a large covered bowl. Make sure the goose is submerged. Leave in refrigerator over night.

  2. Day 2, remove goose from bowl and place inside dehydrator. Cook on medium heat until jerky is dry but not crispy.
