Ingredients

pounds goose breast, sliced thinly

cups teriyaki sauce
2
Tablespoons tabasco sauce
2
Tablespoons liquid smoke
2
Tablespoons black pepper
2
Tablespoons garlic powder
1
Talblespoon meat tenderizer
1
Tablespoon salt
1
Talblespoon red pepper

Directions

  • 1 Mix everything together in a large covered bowl. Make sure the goose is submerged. Leave in refrigerator over night.
  • 2 Day 2, remove goose from bowl and place inside dehydrator. Cook on medium heat until jerky is dry but not crispy.
