Saute onion and celery in butter with until tender. Place all other ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Pour the buttery onion and celery mixture into the large bowl. Toss again until everything is mixed together.
Stuff the goose with the stuffing or place in a baking dish covered in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until browned.
