Wake up to a fresh-baked biscuit stacked high with sassy eggs, bacon and cheese.

Ingredients

can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

slices bacon, cut in half
1
tablespoon butter or margarine
8
eggs, beaten
8
slices American cheese

Directions

  • 1 Make biscuits and bacon as directed on packages.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in 8-inch skillet, melt butter. Pour eggs into skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until set. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  • 3 Split biscuits. Fill each with egg, cheese and bacon.
Tips  

Turn up the heat when you add chopped green chiles to the egg mixture.
