Jazz up an old favorite when you add turkey and avocado and serve it all on a fresh biscuit.

Ingredients

can (17.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated extra rich biscuits
1/2
cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

lettuce pieces

oz sliced turkey breast

thin slices tomato
8
slices turkey bacon, cooked
2
medium avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can. Cool 15 minutes. Split each biscuit into 2 rounds.
  • 2 Spread cut side of each baked biscuit round with mayonnaise. Layer cut side of 8 biscuits rounds with lettuce, turkey, tomato, bacon and avocado slices. Top with remaining biscuit rounds.
Tips  

Spice it up with a flavored mayonnaise such as Cajun or chipotle.
