Bananas covered with peanut butter, white vanilla baking chips and granola make a great afternoon snack!

Ingredients

15
craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)
5
medium ripe bananas, peeled and cut into thirds (2- to 3-inch pieces)
1/4
cup creamy peanut butter
1
cup white vanilla baking chips, melted
1/2
cup Nature Valley™ oats 'n honey or oats 'n dark chocolate protein granola

Directions

  • 1 Line cookie sheet with foil. Insert wooden craft stick into each banana piece. Spread peanut butter on bananas. Place on cookie sheet, and freeze 10 minutes.
  • 2 Spread melted chips on bananas to cover completely. Break up any large pieces of granola. Sprinkle granola on bananas. Place on cookie sheet. Freeze at least 20 minutes until set.
Tips

Try melted milk chocolate chips instead of white vanilla baking chips.

Make in advance, and store in the freezer. Thaw slightly before serving.
