Enjoy the same flavorful Greek beef and pasta taste in a lighter, easy one-skillet meal.

Ingredients

1
lb extra-lean (at least 90%) ground beef
1
can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1
medium celery stalk, sliced (1/2 cup)
1/2
cup uncooked orzo or rosamarina pasta
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2
cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)

Directions

  • 1 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat about 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown; drain.
  • 2 Stir in remaining ingredients except yogurt. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender. Serve with yogurt.

Tips

Orzo looks a lot like rice, but it actually is pasta.

Serve this tasty dish with pita bread, a popular bread from the Middle East.
