    Ingredients

    • 1  medium head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
    • 1  bunch romaine, torn into bite-size pieces
    • 1  bunch green onions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    • 1  medium cucumber, sliced
    • 24  Greek or ripe olives
    • 10  radishes, sliced
    • 1  cup crumbled feta or chTvre (goat) cheese (4 ounces)
    • 1  medium carrot, shredded ( 3/4 cup)
    • Vinegar Dressing (below)
    • 1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil
    • 1/3 cup wine vinegar
    • 1 tbps chopped fresh or dried Oregano
    • 1/2 tsps salt

    Directions

    1. 1Prepare Vinegar Dressing. Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container.
    2. 2Toss dressing and remaining ingredients except cheese and carrot. Sprinkle salad with cheese and carrot.
