Ingredients

  • Yogurt Sauce
  • 1/2  cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1/4  cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4  cup chopped cucumber
  • Burgers
  • 1  lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/2  cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1  teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2  teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2  teaspoon salt
  • 1/2  teaspoon pepper
  • 4  whole wheat burger buns

Directions

  1. 1In small bowl, mix sauce ingredients; refrigerate until serving time.
  2. 2Set oven control to broil. In medium bowl, mix all burger ingredients except buns. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick and 5 inches in diameter. Place on rack in broiler pan.
  3. 3Broil burgers with tops about 6 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes, until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°F. Place burgers on buns. Serve with sauce.
