Makes about 1/2 cup of rub (enough for 1 medium turkey).
You can whisk a few tablespoons of this seasoning mixture together with oil and vinegar and have a delicious Greek salad dressing!
This is a completely different dry rub. The flavors that really bring something new to the table are the cinnamon and mint. There’s no actual sugar in the rub, but it has an almost sweet flavor. You can use it liberally on turkey or chicken.
