Enjoy these delicious wraps packed with cheese and veggies - Greek dinner ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

Cheese Spread

oz. (1/2 cup) crumbled feta cheese
1/4
cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
1/4
cup light mayonnaise

tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Wraps

(7 or 8-inch) flour tortillas

leaves leaf lettuce
1/2
small zucchini, cut into julienne strips (2x1/8x1/8-inch)

large tomato, very thinly sliced
2
large pepperoncini chiles, drained, seeded, sliced

Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, combine all cheese spread ingredients; mix well.
  • 2 Spread cheese spread evenly over each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edges. Layer lettuce, zucchini, tomato and chiles over spread. Roll up each tortilla. Serve immediately.
Tips  

Pepperoncini chiles are pickled green peppers often used as a garnish or in salads. Look for them near the pickles at the supermarket.

Use flavored flour tortillas, such as garden vegetable or tomato-basil, for these wraps.

Add paper-thin slices of red onion and a hint of crushed garlic to these wraps.
