Hi @Anonymous! The salmon is pre-smoked and added to the pasta after chopping. For a closer look, check out the blog post here: http://taste-for-adventure.tablespoon.com/2010/09/14/green-tea-recipe-and-green-tea-pasta-salad-dressing/.

Lots of pasta tea broth..... good for the plants! I presume the salmon is flaked and added at the end?

Thanks for sharing your feedback, @schmoopy3! Let us know if you come up with a winning combo for the dressing — I'm sure everyone who isn't super fond of lemon would love to know. :)

Feel like this recipe was way to lemony. I defenitly feel like it needed something to offset the citrus. I added several tablespoons of honey to the dressing and still felt like it was overwhelming in its lemon flavor. Im going to work with it and see what I come out with, because I loved the way the pasta was cooked and the salmon with it. Just think the dressisng needs some tweaking. :)

I'd use rice noodles, and thinly sliced scrambled eggs. Love the dressing!

This sounds really good. One question when do you add the salmon?
