Succulent salmon fillet is grilled then topped with a simple dill cream sauce. It’s just right for a friendly get-together.

Ingredients

1
large salmon fillet (2 pounds)
1
tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4
teaspoon pepper
1/2
cup refrigerated dill dip
2
tablespoons milk

Directions

  • 1 Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
  • 2 Place fish on 24-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Brush salmon with oil; sprinkle with pepper. Wrap foil securely around fish.
  • 3 Cover and grill fish 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 20 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • 4 Mix dill dip and milk until smooth. Serve salmon with dill sauce.
Tips

Perishable food should be eaten within 2 hours (1 hour if the outside temperature is over 90º).

Enjoy this “dill-icious” salmon with grilled new potatoes and corn on the cob or fresh asparagus.
