Ingredients

  • 4  teaspoons chopped fresh or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
  • 1  tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 2  teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1/2  teaspoon pepper
  • 4  boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)

Directions

  1. 1Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix all ingredients except chicken. Sprinkle mixture over chicken.
  2. 2Carefully oil grill rack. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F). If desired, garnish with additional fresh thyme.
