    Ingredients

    • 1  lime, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp apple juice
    • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
    • 1 lb boneless pork chops

    Directions

    1. 1In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, apple juice, ginger and salt.
    2. 2Rinse the pork chops under cool water and place into a resealable bag, or a shallow pan with a lid. Pour the marinade over.
    3. 3Let the pork chops marinate for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
    4. 4Heat your grill up (if using gas, set it to its medium setting). Cook the pork chops to desired doneness.
    5. 5Serve with rice and a veg.
