Take pizza night outside with quick-cooking personalized pies made with Pillsbury biscuits on the grill.

Ingredients

can (12 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ refrigerated biscuits
8
tablespoons pizza sauce
32
slices small pepperoni
4
cups shredded cheese
4
fresh basil leaves, torn, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  • 2 Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Roll out each to about 6 inches in diameter.
  • 3 Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each dough round. Top each with 4 slices pepperoni and 1/2 cup cheese. Place pizzas on pizza stone or cookie sheet.
  • 4 Place pizza stone on grill over high heat. Cover grill; cook until cheese begins to bubble and crust is golden brown. Garnish with basil.
Tips  

Remember to use a light dusting of flour when rolling out the dough to prevent it from sticking to the work surface.

Don’t try to put too much cheese on the pizzas as the base will cook faster than the topping.
