    Ingredients

    • 2  tablespoons Thai Seasoning Mix (below)
    • 1  tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 4  boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)

    Directions

    1. 1Prepare Thai Seasoning Mix. Mix 2 tablespoons of the mix and the oil in shallow glass dish. Add chicken; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours.
    2. 2Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill chicken 4 to 6 inches from medium coals 15 to 20 minutes, brushing with marinade and turning once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Discard any remaining marinade.
