Ingredients

tablespoons reduced-fat garden vegetable cream cheese spread (from 8-oz container)

package (6 oz) thinly sliced 97%-fat-free cooked ham

cup shredded lettuce

thin slices tomato

small cucumber, cut into thin strips

green bell pepper, cut into thin strips

cup shredded mozzarella or smoked provolone cheese (2 oz)

Directions

  • 1 Spread each tortilla evenly with 1 tablespoon cream cheese spread. Top evenly with remaining ingredients.
  • 2 Roll up tortillas. Cut each diagonally in half; secure with toothpicks. Wrap each roll-up securely with foil or plastic wrap; take with you for an on-the-go dinner.
