The perfect potato casserole...good for breakfast or brunch, or as a yummy side for dinner.

Ingredients

pounds fresh shredded potatoes (in the refrigerated section of your grocery store)
2
cups crushed Total™ cereal
1
can Cream of Chicken soup
2
cups sour cream
2
cups grated sharp cheese
2
tbsp dried onion
1/2
cup melted butter
salt and pepper

Directions

  • 1 Mix shredded potatoes, Cream of Chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, and dried onion, and spread into a 9x13 pan.
  • 2 Top with crushed cereal and melted butter.
  • 3 Bake at 350° F for 30-45 minutes or until crisp on top.
