Fill your slow cooker in the morning with this hearty stew, and a mouth-watering aroma will greet you when you walk in the door that evening.

Ingredients

1 1/2
lb. boneless pork shoulder, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1
tablespoon all purpose or unbleached flour
1/2
teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2
teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
1
(1 lb. 4-oz.) pkg. refrigerated new potato wedges
2
cups fresh baby carrots, halved lengthwise
1
medium onion, cut into thin wedges
1
(12-oz.) jar home-style pork gravy
2
tablespoons chili sauce
1
cup frozen sweet peas

Directions

  • 1 In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine pork, flour, seasoned salt and garlic-pepper blend; toss to coat. Add potatoes, carrots, onion, gravy and chili sauce; mix well.
  • 2 Cover; cook on low setting for 8 hours.
  • 3 About 20 minutes before serving, add peas; cover and cook on low setting for an additional 20 minutes or until peas are tender.
