    Ingredients

    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 10 3/4 can creme of chicken soup
    • 1 cup sour creme
    • 1/2 cup chopped onions
    • 1/4 cup melted butter
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt/pepper
    • 1 32 oz package frozen hash browns thawed
    • 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes crumbs
    • 1 tablespoon melted butter

    Directions

    1. 1Grease 9x12 pan.In bowl mix hash browns, cheese,soup,sour creme,onions,1/4 cup butter,salt/pepper mix well. Fold in hash browns turn into pan. Toss corn flake crumbs and 1 Tbs butter sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake 350 for 1 hour
