I changed this recipe up slightly as I only had plain Greek yogurt, so I used that added 1tsp vanilla. I also added two tablespoons of flaxseed meal. I only cooked it 50 min. But it turned out great. My five year old loved it!!!
I made this recipe and it didn't turn out for me it cooked on the outside but not the inside. Me and my kids were disappointed in this recipe I was trying to make something healthy but instead it ended in the trash!
Has anyone ever added any peanut butter to this recipe? I"m curious how it would taste and how much to add.
No whole eggs...yay! :) I can't wait to try this healthy alternative recipe.
I reread it and It says in direction #2 to add all dry ingredients which i believe is including the sugar.. I'm looking forward to trying this recipe :)
Thank you for the amazing recipe! Couldn't taste the difference! I cooked it in mini square muffin pans at 400 degrees for about 15 mins and it turned out great.
You might want to include in the DIRECTIONS when to ADD the sugar; also, a note for those who might be ALLERGIC to DAIRY -- just replace any yogurt, milk with APPLESAUCE (but, you already KNEW that, right)? ;-) Happy Baking!
Good tip on the yogurt and milk as a shortening replacement! :)
this sounds like a very good recipe. I will try it very soon.. Carolina doll
