I changed this recipe up slightly as I only had plain Greek yogurt, so I used that added 1tsp vanilla. I also added two tablespoons of flaxseed meal. I only cooked it 50 min. But it turned out great. My five year old loved it!!!

Has anyone ever added any peanut butter to this recipe? I"m curious how it would taste and how much to add.

Thank you for the amazing recipe! Couldn't taste the difference! I cooked it in mini square muffin pans at 400 degrees for about 15 mins and it turned out great.

You might want to include in the DIRECTIONS when to ADD the sugar; also, a note for those who might be ALLERGIC to DAIRY -- just replace any yogurt, milk with APPLESAUCE (but, you already KNEW that, right)? ;-) Happy Baking!
