Ingredients

  • 1  cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic peaches
  • 1  banana, thickly sliced, frozen
  • 1/2  cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (frozen or regular)
  • 1 1/2  cups orange juice, tropical fruit juice or nectar
  • 1  tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender.

  2. Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
