Heart to Heart Peanut Butter Cups

Using classic Peanut Butter Cookie dough mix (or your favorite recipe). My family loves this recipe for using regular PBcups & place in mini muffin molds all yr! for a lil' special treat for my love

Ingredients

  • 1  pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® peanut butter cookie mix
  • 3  tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1  tablespoon water
  • 1  egg
  • 2  tablespoons sugar
  • 36  heart-shaped milk chocolate candies
  • 12 count heart shaped mold

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until dough forms.

  2. Place dough in little heart shaped cookie mold to fill it.

  3. Bake for 7-10 minutes.

  4. While cookies are baking,unwrap the heart shaped peanut butter cups

  5. Immediately,place unwrapped heart shaped peanut butter cups in baked cookie dough in molds.

  6. Cool for 5 minutes in the heart shaped pan; then pop out using a knife, place on cookie rack to cool.

  7. Enjoy!:)

  8. *sometimes when time allows,I will roll the dough in 36 small/mini balls in sugar then place in heart shaped molds.
