Tomato soup taken up a notch! Get great tomato soup taste made hearty with beef, peas and rice.

Ingredients

can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup
2
cups cut-up cooked beef (12 ounces)
1
cup frozen green peas
1
cup uncooked instant rice
3/4
cup seasoned croutons

Directions

  • 1 Prepare soup with water as directed on can, using 3-quart saucepan. Stir in beef and frozen peas; heat to boiling. Stir in rice; remove from heat.
  • 2 Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until rice is tender; stir. Sprinkle each serving with croutons.
Tips  

Soup and salad are a natural! For a new flavor twist, try mixing two of your favorite dressings together. Try ranch and French, Italian and blue cheese or French and blue cheese.
