  • MEATBALLS
  • 1  lb. ground beef
  • 1  egg
  • 1/4  cup chopped onion
  • 1/2  teaspoon salt
  • 1/4  teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4  teaspoon pepper
  • STEW
  • 1 1/2  cups water
  • 1  (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed tomato soup
  • 3  carrots, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2  medium potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1  medium onion, sliced
  • 1  teaspoon beef-flavor instant bouillon
  • 1/4  teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/8  teaspoon garlic powder
  • DUMPLINGS
  • 1  (7.5-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Country® biscuits
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; mix well. Shape into1 1/2-inch balls. Brown meatballs in Dutch oven; drain. Add stewingredients; stir gently. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer15 minutes.

  2. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. With scissors, cut each biscuit in half;

  3. place on hot stew mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Simmer uncovered for

  4. 10 minutes. Cover; simmer an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
