Herbs provide an aromatic flavor to this grilled steak recipe – dinner ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

teaspoon dried rosemary leaves

teaspoon dried basil leaves

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

teaspoon oil

large garlic cloves, minced

(1-lb.) boneless beef sirloin steak (1 inch thick)

Directions

  • 1 Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak; mix well. Rub both sides of steak with herb mixture.
  • 2 When ready to grill, place steak on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until steak is of desired doneness, turning once.
Tips  

To broil steak, place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning once.
